Meet the Team

Chris Lowe
Owner/Operator
About Chris Lowe
Chris' primary focus is ensuring that every family who entrusts SYNERGY HomeCare with a loved one receives the same level of care, communication, and compassion he would expect for his own family. As Owner and Operator, he works closely with every department to build a culture centered on relationships, dependability, and raising the standard of home care throughout the Tri-State region.
One of the things Chris enjoys most about his role is hearing how exceptional caregivers have made a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families. After spending years caring for his own father, he understands firsthand the challenges families face when searching for dependable, compassionate home care. That personal experience inspired the philosophy that guides every decision at SYNERGY HomeCare: "Care Exactly as I'd Want for My Own Loved One."
Chris is a graduate of Marshall University and proudly served in the United States Army. His passion for serving Veterans is deeply personal—his father, Ken Lowe, served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, including three tours in Vietnam, before developing Parkinson's disease related to Agent Orange exposure. Walking alongside his father throughout that journey ultimately led Chris to establish SYNERGY HomeCare, with a mission to provide families the kind of care, communication, and peace of mind he once searched for himself.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, their daughter, Gracie, and their son, Graham, while remaining active in his church and community. His faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of both his family and his business, and he considers it a privilege to serve others with compassion, integrity, and excellence every day.

To lead the region in compassionate, relationship-first care—redefining what it means to support others.
Compassion is essential in caregiving. We often serve a generation that worked hard, provided for others, and now finds themselves needing support in ways they never expected.
Trust is not automatic—it is built over time through consistency, communication, and care. We focus on building relationships first, because trust follows relationship.
Through prayer, purpose, and hard work, we are committed to redefining the standard of home care in the Tri-State region.
